1. Drink LOTS of Water
During the cleanse, we recommend you drink at least 85 oz of water a day.
Water moistens stools and adds “bulk”, which helps it pass through the colon. A person who’s dehydrated will have fewer bowel movements as their body is trying to retain water.

2. Eat Fiber-rich Foods

3. Incorporate Daily Movement

4. Get Quality Sleep
